Prometric slots after NHRA evaluation
Booking is unlocked by: NHRA exam eligibility
How NHRA exam dates work
NHRA does not run the licensing exam on one national date. After Dataflow, NHRA evaluates the file and confirms exam eligibility, and you then book the Prometric assessment into an available slot.
Our timeline data puts NHRA evaluation and exam eligibility at 1 to 2 weeks, then 2 to 4 weeks to book and sit. Centres include Manama and NHRA-authorised centres abroad.
How to book the NHRA exam
- 1
Open your NHRA e-services file
The professional file is created on the NHRA e-services portal, usually through your employer.
- 2
Submit Dataflow verification
The full Dataflow report goes to NHRA for approval. Verification typically takes 5 to 8 weeks.
- 3
Receive exam eligibility
NHRA evaluation and exam eligibility typically take 1 to 2 weeks after Dataflow.
- 4
Book your Prometric slot
Create an account on the Prometric website, select your authority's exam, pick a test centre and a date from the slots on offer, and pay the exam fee online. Allow 2 to 4 weeks to book and sit.
- 5
Sit the exam
Bring the passport you used at booking and your appointment confirmation, and arrive 30 minutes early. Personal items go into a locker. NHRA shows the result on screen; the licence follows once the employer finalises sponsorship.
Where the exam date sits in the timeline
