How QCHP exam dates work
The Qatar route is employer-driven: a Qatari facility opens your evaluation file on the DHP portal, Dataflow runs, and the evaluation letter unlocks the Prometric assessment. There is no fixed national exam date.
Our timeline data puts the evaluation letter at 1 to 3 weeks after Dataflow, and booking plus the exam at 2 to 6 weeks depending on centre. QCHP-authorised Prometric centres operate worldwide.
How to book the QCHP exam

Employer opens your DHP file
A Qatari healthcare facility initiates your professional evaluation on the DHP portal, so the job offer usually comes first.

Clear Dataflow verification
QCHP-specific Dataflow verification typically takes 6 to 10 weeks and is the long pole of the Qatar route.

Receive your evaluation letter
Issued typically 1 to 3 weeks after Dataflow. It unlocks the Prometric assessment for your specialty and tier.

Book your Prometric slot
Create an account on the Prometric website, select your authority's exam, pick a test centre and a date from the slots on offer, and pay the exam fee online. Any QCHP-authorised centre can be used; allow 2 to 6 weeks depending on centre.

Sit the exam
Bring the passport you used at booking and your appointment confirmation, and arrive 30 minutes early. Personal items go into a locker. Registration and licence activation typically follow 1 to 3 weeks after a pass.
