Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of firstmedicalconsultancy.com and the services provided by First Medical Consultancy ("we", "us"), part of Care Bridge HR Consultancy & Recruitment. By using the site, joining the talent pool, or buying a practice question bank or a licensing service, you accept them.

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and explains how we handle your personal data.

Individual licensing engagements may be covered by a separate written service agreement or quotation. Where that document conflicts with these terms, that document wins for that engagement.

• Licensing support - eligibility assessment, document preparation, Dataflow primary source verification support, exam booking assistance and submission of applications to GCC healthcare authorities on your behalf.
• Exam preparation - online Prometric-style practice question banks, chapter tests and timed mock exams, with written explanations.
• Placement - presenting your profile to hospitals and clinics that are hiring, and supporting you through interview and offer.
• Consultations - paid one-to-one sessions with a licensing consultant.

This is the most important clause on the page. Read it carefully.

• We do not issue licences. DHA, DOH, MOHAP, SCFHS, QCHP, NHRA, OMSB and Kuwait MOH are independent government authorities. They decide eligibility, they set the rules and they can change them without notice. We prepare and present your file to their published standard; we cannot guarantee approval.
• We do not set or mark the exam. Our question banks are written against the published blueprints as preparation material. They are not the exam, are not endorsed by Prometric or any authority, and do not guarantee a pass.
• We do not guarantee employment. Hiring decisions, salaries and visa sponsorship belong to the employer.
• Timelines are estimates. Processing times at authorities, Dataflow and embassies are outside our control.

Where an application fails because of an authority's decision, we will tell you why, and what, if anything, can be re-submitted.

• Everything you give us must be true, complete and your own. Forged or altered certificates, borrowed experience letters and false declarations are a criminal matter in the GCC and will end the engagement immediately, with no refund, and we will comply with any lawful request from the authority concerned.
• Respond to document requests within the timescales we give you. Files that stall because documents did not arrive can be closed.
• Keep your account credentials to yourself, and tell us if you think they have been used by somebody else.
• Deal with the authorities through us where we are acting for you, so the file is not duplicated or rejected.

Prices are shown on the site or in your quotation and are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Government and third-party fees are separate. Authority application fees, Dataflow fees, exam fees, attestation and courier costs are set by third parties, are paid at cost, and are not part of our service fee. Where we collect such a fee from you it is held for onward payment to that third party and is passed on in full.

Where an engagement is staged, each stage becomes payable when the previous stage completes. Work on a stage does not begin until the fee for it clears.

• Digital question banks are delivered immediately on payment. Because access is granted at once, they are non-refundable once the bank has been opened. If a bank fails to unlock, or is not the product described, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund it in full.
• Licensing service fees are refundable in proportion to the work not yet done, if you cancel before submission. Once a file has been submitted to an authority the service fee for that stage is earned and is not refundable.
• Third-party fees already paid to an authority, Dataflow or Prometric cannot be refunded by us, because we do not hold them. Any refund of those has to come from that body under its own rules, and we will help you request it.
• Consultations can be rescheduled or refunded if cancelled at least 24 hours before the booked time.

Refund requests go to info@firstmedicalconsultancy.com and are answered within five working days.

The site, the question banks, explanations, study material and all other content belong to us or our licensors. Buying access gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the material for your own exam preparation for the period purchased.

You may not:

• share, resell, publish or upload the questions anywhere, including in study groups, Telegram or WhatsApp channels, or on file-sharing sites;
• copy, scrape, screenshot in bulk, or use automated tools to extract the bank;
• share your account with another person.

Accounts used this way are suspended without refund, and where a bank has been redistributed we will pursue the loss.

Some services need an account. Keep your details accurate and your password private. We can suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms, that is shared, or that is used to abuse other users or our staff. You can ask us to close your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data afterwards.

We link to authority portals, Prometric, Dataflow and employer sites, and we publish exam dates, fees and eligibility rules taken from those sources with the source linked. We check them, but the authority is always the definitive source and can change a rule or a date at any time. Confirm anything date-critical or fee-critical against the authority's own site before you act on it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the total service fees you paid us for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of earnings, or for a decision made by a licensing authority, an examination body or an employer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction. If you contracted with our United Kingdom office, you may instead bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, and nothing here removes a mandatory consumer right you have where you live.

We update these terms as our services change. The date at the top shows the current version, and the version in force when you paid is the one that applies to that purchase.
