These terms govern your use of First Medical Consultancy's website and services. By creating an account, submitting a form or buying anything from us, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

1. What we do and what we cannot promise

We are a consultancy. We prepare, check and submit licensing applications to GCC health authorities, arrange DataFlow verification and examination registration, provide examination preparation material, and introduce candidates to employers.

We do not issue licences and we are not an agent of any licensing authority. The decision on your application rests with DHA, DOH, MOHAP, SCFHS, QCHP, NHRA, OMSB or the relevant body, and so does the timeline. We will advise you on what a strong file needs and we will prepare it for you. We cannot guarantee an approval, an examination result, a visa or a job offer. Any timeline we give you is an estimate only.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it. Exam access is personal to you. It may not be shared, resold or used by more than one person.

3. Your documents and information

You confirm that every document and statement you give us is genuine, is yours, and is accurate. Submitting a falsified certificate to a health authority is a serious offence and can result in a permanent bar from licensing in the region. If we find that a document you supplied is not genuine, we will stop work immediately, we will not refund fees already spent on your file, and we will comply with any obligation to report it.

By submitting an application you authorise us to act on your behalf with the relevant authority, DataFlow and examination providers, and to disclose your documents to them for that purpose.

4. Fees and payment

Licensing work is charged in two parts. An upfront application fee is payable when you submit your details. It covers assessment of your file, document review and preparation. A service fee is payable at the "Ready to Submit" stage, and our team will quote it to you once we have seen your documents.

Government, authority, DataFlow and examination fees are separate from our fees. Where you pay those through us, we hold that money for you and pass it on in full to the body concerned. It does not form part of our revenue.

Prices are shown in AED with a USD equivalent for convenience. The AED amount is the one charged. All fees are exclusive of bank charges and currency conversion costs applied by your own bank.

5. Refunds

• Exam access and digital material are non-refundable once the content has been opened.
• Application fees are refundable in full if you cancel before we have begun work on your file. After that, they are refundable only to the extent of the work not yet done.
• Authority, DataFlow and examination fees follow the refund rules of the body that charges them. Once they are paid across, they are outside our control.
• A rejected application is not grounds for a refund of our fees. Our fee covers the work we carry out on your file.

Refund requests should be sent to info@firstmedicalconsultancy.com. We will respond within 14 days.

6. Referrals and discounts

Referral codes give the person using them a discount and the person who shared it a credit, at the rates shown on your referral page at the time. Codes may not be used on your own purchases, posted to coupon aggregators, or used with automated sign-ups. We may withdraw a code and reverse any credits obtained in those ways.

7. Job placement

We introduce candidates to employers. We do not employ you and we are not party to any contract you sign with an employer. Vacancies shown on this site come from employers and public authority feeds, and they can be filled or withdrawn at any time. We never charge a candidate a fee for being placed in a job.

8. Acceptable use

You must not copy, scrape or redistribute our exam questions, guides or candidate data. You must not attempt to access another user's account or any part of the system you are not authorised to reach. You must not upload anything malicious or use the site to send unsolicited marketing. We may suspend an account that breaches this section, without refund.

9. Our content

The text, guides, question banks, design and logos on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read and print them for your own use as a candidate. Any other copying or republication needs our written permission.

10. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost earnings, lost job offers, visa outcomes or other indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

11. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why. Closing an account does not cancel fees already due.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published here, with its version number and date shown. We will notify account holders by email of any material change.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
