AI Oral Exam Simulator

Feels like sitting in front of an examiner

The examiner presents the case and asks one question at a time. You answer out loud, your answer is transcribed on screen, and the next question depends on what you said. You never see the question list in advance.

  • Professional examiner that probes incomplete answers without giving hints
  • Large speak button, live microphone status and on-screen transcription
  • Exam progress and timer, with the option to end the exam at any point
  • Assessment mode at the end with scores and detailed feedback

Why Candidates Use It

Speaking is a skill you can train

Oral exams test how you think out loud

Knowing the answer is not the same as presenting it clearly under pressure. Speaking practice closes that gap.

Honest feedback without an audience

Make mistakes in private, see exactly what you missed and try the case again.

Practise on your schedule

No need to coordinate with a study partner or book a mock examiner. Start a case whenever you have 15 minutes.

Structured the way examiners assess

Scoring covers knowledge, reasoning, diagnosis, management, communication and completeness.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is AI Oral Exam Preparation?

+

It is a voice-based practice system for healthcare oral assessments. An AI examiner reads you a clinical case, asks questions out loud, listens to your spoken answers and asks follow up questions based on what you said. At the end it switches to assessment mode and scores your performance with written feedback.

Are these the real questions from the GCC oral exam?

+

No. The cases are clinical scenarios written for practice, in the style of GCC licensing oral assessments. They are not actual or leaked exam questions, and no preparation service can honestly promise which cases will appear on your exam. The goal is to build the structured, spoken clinical reasoning that oral examiners assess.

How does the AI decide what to ask next?

+

Every case has a question structure and expected key points set by our clinical content team. The AI examiner follows that structure, and when an answer is incomplete, unclear or unexpected it asks a relevant follow up or clarification question on the same clinical point. It stays within your chosen specialty and the current case.

What do I need to take an exam?

+

A free account, a device with a microphone and a quiet place to speak. It works best in an up to date Chrome, Edge or Safari browser. When the exam starts your browser will ask for microphone permission, which is needed so the examiner can hear your answers.

What is included in the free trial?

+

The free trial is a real AI oral exam, not a recorded demo. You choose a trial case, hear the examiner, answer by voice, receive follow up questions and get a scored assessment at the end. The trial is limited in the number of sessions, questions and time.

What does the assessment include?

+

An overall score, scores for clinical knowledge, clinical reasoning, assessment and diagnosis, management, communication and completeness (plus emergency response on emergency cases), the important points you missed, your strong and weak areas, and recommended areas to improve. You can also compare the expected key points against what you actually said.

Is my voice recording stored?

+

Your spoken answer is converted to text so the examiner can respond. The text transcript of your exam is saved to your account so you can review your results later. Audio is used only for transcription.
